Our own Grimshaw community works hard to make sure that, wherever we work, our people and those we work with feel supported, included, challenged, enabled and fulfilled. Outreach and volunteering

Philanthropy is an important part of our culture. Grimshaw supports every employee in establishing, running and participating in outreach programmes in a range of contexts, allocating every employee over 2 days per year to volunteering activities. We also sponsor a number of charities and organisations that aim to widen the architectural industry’s positive impact on society.
