Architectural CGI Visualiser, Sydney

Grimshaw is seeking a talented and creative middleweight CGI Visualiser with experience in 3D modeling and rendering for a full-time position in our office in Sydney. You will work with all project teams in the Sydney office, as well as interface with our CGI teams in Sydney, London & New York in the creation of high-quality architectural visualizations via 3D still and animated renderings, and 2D illustrations.

Ideal candidates should feel comfortable working with photorealistic and stylised visualisation techniques, and should have developed 3D modeling skills suitable for quick CG images and accurate CAD detailing. You will work directly with project teams in the realisation of their designs in a variety of image formats, virtual reality, and animations.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Project Teams in creating 3D modelled representations of design sketches or developed projects, manifested in compelling imagery
  • Work as part of a project team, or independently, with output that meets high standards and tight deadlines
  • Working with the CGI teams in Sydney, London & New York in the development of CGI styles and shared resources

Applications Support Analyst, New York,

Grimshaw Architects is seeking a talented, experienced and creative Applications Support Analyst to join our New York Studio.

The principle purpose of this position is to provide support to project teams and departments on the use of core Grimshaw systems.

The candidate will be responsible for training Grimshaw employees to elevate their knowledge, understanding, acceptance and use of Grimshaw Systems. Documenting, reviewing and reporting company processes and evaluating key areas for improvement to ensure that efficiencies are met, ensuring that our New York Studio continues to evolve.

Major Tasks

  • Support, maintain and develop company systems (includes but not limited to);
    • ERP System (CMAP) Timesheets, Expenses, Project Accounting, Reporting
    • Intranet (Interact) Quality Management, Practice Management, Policies & Processes, User Engagement
    • Digital Image Library (Open Asset) Image Management, Template Creation, Employee Module
    • Project Management System (Newforma) Email Archiving, Document Control, Document Transfer, Project Life Cycle
    • HRIS System Employee Life Cycle, Personnel Information
    • Finance System (Dynavics) Reporting
  • Provide efficient application support for staff and respond to user issues within an acceptable time frame
