People Keith Brewis


Keith joined Grimshaw in 1995, became a Director in 2002, and then a Partner of the LLP in 2007. He is primarily focused on the practice’s major international projects, and he particularly enjoys working in the workplace, rail, and sports sectors, as well as on progressive urban ecologies.

Keith led the design of a number of Grimshaw’s most significant projects, such as Paddington station → and the Fundacion Caixa Galicia → master plan in Spain, and the National Space Centre → in Leicester.

He relocated to Melbourne in 2002 to focus on the design and delivery of the RAIA National and RIBA Lubetkin award-winning Southern Cross Station →, and to establish Grimshaw’s Australian business.

Keith moved back to the UK in 2011 and is currently overseeing the Oman Botanic Garden project, as well as mixed-use developments at Marassi Al Bahrain and TRX, Kuala Lumpur.

He is an active member of the British Council for Offices, ACE, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, UL, and has lectured and tutored at many universities in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. Prior to joining the practice, Keith spent a period in Hong Kong, and more recently established its offices in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai →.

He currently acts as Grimshaw's Managing Partner for International Operations.
