Via Verde, la Voie verte
En 2006, Grimshaw a remporté le premier concours d’architecture organisé pour la conception d’un immeuble de logements abordables à New York. Le brief stipulait notamment que le projet devait être reproductible, respectueux de l’environnement et fondé sur les principes d’un « mode de vie sain », dans l’espoir que le programme puisse servir de modèle aux futurs projets d’urbanisme de la ville.
