People Angela Dapper


Angela joined us as a Principal at the start of 2019, bringing several years of commercial and hotel experience. Prior to this role, Angela was Partner at Denton Corker Marshall Architects, where she was involved on several landmark London projects such as 20 Farringdon Street, a 12-storey office project; the 95-room Hotel Indigo at One Leicester Square; and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel London.

Notably, Angela led the design and construction of the new Stonehenge Exhibition and Visitor Centre. The project received numerous awards including a RIBA South West Award, a Civic Trust Special Award and the prestigious Jorn Utzon Award for International Architecture. Following this success, Angela was shortlisted for the Architect’s Journal Emerging Woman Architect of the Year.

Angela sees great importance in contributing to architectural education. Alongside practising, she's a RIBA Part 3 Professional Practice examiner at The Bartlett School of Architecture and the London Metropolitan University. She regularly lectures at faculties around the country and participates in a number of mentorship schemes. Committed to improving diversity within the discipline, Angela has spoken at a number of industry events on equality in architecture and construction.
