Earlier this year Grimshaw designed Watershed →, to be the Hub of Melbourne Knowledge Week. MKW is an annual festival, with a program of events focused on connecting people, place, research and technology to imagine the city of the future.

Watershed was a canopy system up to 25 m across in the Meat Market in Melbourne's city centre. An elaborate series of projections and lighting illuminated the pavilion, creating a captivating and interactive event space for the festival.
